FZW Hockey Club Proudly Announces 2023-2024 Head Coaching Staff
FZW Hockey Families,
The FZWHC Board of Directors are pleased to announce our Head coaching staff for the upcoming 2023-2024 fall/winter hockey season as well as our upcoming Summer Camp. This staff is comprised of experienced, dedicated and successful coaches. As a club we value team play and personal development which leads to a winning culture.
Head Coach John Gissy has accepted the position as head coach of our Varsity team this season. Coach Gissy has 10 years of coaching experience with Tier 1 AAA & Tier 2 AA teams such as AAA Blues, Central States and the St Peter's Selects. He played for St. Louis AAA Amateur Blues, DeSmet Jesuit High School and Saint Louis University - ACHA Division 1.
Coach Gissy is working to build his coaching staff, we will update as the information comes in.
Head Coach Aaren Romeril has accepted the position as head coach of our B & JV team this season. Coach Romeril has 10+ years of coaching experience with tier 1 AAA & Tier 2 AA teams such as AAA Windsor Junior Spitfires, Maryville University ACHA Division 2 and Chesterfield 16U AA. Coach Romeril is a goalie and played for Ontario Junior Hockey -GLJCHL & GOJHL, Port Huron Prowlers - FHL, Knoxville Ice Bears - SPHL, Williston State College ACHA Division 2 and Maryville University - ACHA Division 1.

Welcome to the FZW Hockey Club, Coach Gissy and Coach Romeril!!! We are excited to have you join the Jaguar Family!!! We are extremely excited for Summer Camp to start and looking forward to the upcoming season!
