2025-2026 Head Coaching Staff

FZW Hockey Families,

The FZWHC Board of Directors are pleased to announce our Head coaching staff for the upcoming 2025-2026 fall/winter hockey season. This staff is comprised of experienced, dedicated and successful coaches. As a club we value team play and personal development which leads to a winning culture. 

Coach John Gissy has accepted the position as head coach of our Varsity team. Coach Gissy has over10 years of coaching experience with Tier 1 AAA & Tier 2 AA teams such as AAA Blues, Central States and the St Peter's Selects.  He played for St. Louis AAA Amateur Blues, DeSmet Jesuit High School and Saint Louis University - ACHA Division 1.

Coach Cris Shannon has accepted the position as head coach of our B & JV team this season.
